Delivery to Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg

Please note that the goods can only be shipped to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

The one-off shipping costs (per delivery) are always based on the item with the highest shipping costs, regardless of the order quantity. There are no service and packaging costs or processing fees.

Example: If you order several items, the individual packaging types within a shopping cart will not be counted together, but only one - the largest - packaging type will be charged.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The deadline for delivery begins with payment in advance / by bank transfer on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the agreed period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the delivery location, delivery will take place on the next working day.

No service & packaging costs or handling fees

We act fairly and transparently - you will not incur any hidden service and packaging costs or processing fees. You do not pay anything extra for processing your order or for the self-collection service. You will also not be charged any additional fees for any packaging material that may be required during shipping.

To coordinate delivery, please provide your telephone number and contact person when ordering. A missing phone number can lead to delivery delays and additional costs.

§ 4 Prices and payment conditions

4.1Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices stated are total prices and include statutory sales tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs that may arise will be stated separately in the respective product description.

4.2The payment option(s) will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop.

4.3If advance payment via bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date.

§ 5 Delivery and shipping conditions

5.1If the seller offers to ship the goods, delivery will take place within the delivery area specified by the seller to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive. Deviating from this, if you select the PayPal payment method, the delivery address provided by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

5.2If delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply with regard to the shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises the right of cancellation, the return shipping costs will be subject to the provisions set out in the seller's cancellation policy.

5.3If the customer acts as an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold passes to the customer as soon as the seller has delivered the item to the freight forwarder, the freight carrier or the person or institution otherwise designated to carry out the shipment. If the customer acts as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold is generally only transferred when the goods are handed over to the customer or a person authorized to receive them.
